Refund Policy

Each product from JF is custom-made to order and built to the customer’s specific design and preferences. Due to the personalized nature of this work, refunds or cancellations cannot be offered once an order has been placed. Every build requires unique materials, time, and craftsmanship devoted exclusively to the client’s piece. Customers are encouraged to review all details carefully before finalizing their order.


Policy for lost or damaged packages

We do our best to pack everything carefully and ensure every order arrives safely. However, once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, issues can sometimes occur. If your package is marked as DELIVERED, we cannot issue a refund, as we're unable to file an insurance claim. Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. As a small business, we cannot absorb losses like a large retailer.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered and delayed beyond the typical delivery window) or arrives damaged, please contact us. For damaged items, be sure to include clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s). We’ll file a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, you can choose a replacement or a refund of the insurance payout. If denied, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
