Shipping and delivery

JF takes great care to ensure that all orders are packed securely and shipped in a timely manner.

Carriers

Larger packages are typically shipped via UPS, while smaller packages and envelopes are sent through USPS. The choice of carrier may vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order.

Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Each item is custom-made, so production and handling times may vary slightly depending on the complexity of the order and current workload.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are determined per product and are clearly indicated on each product listing. Rates vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

Tracking and Delivery

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. Jony Fraze is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other external factors beyond control once a package has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We do our best to pack everything carefully and ensure every order arrives safely. However, once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, issues can sometimes occur. If your package is marked as DELIVERED, we cannot issue a refund, as we're unable to file an insurance claim. Please check with neighbors, household members, or your local post office. As a small business, we cannot absorb losses like a large retailer.

If your package is lost in transit (not marked as delivered and delayed beyond the typical delivery window) or arrives damaged, please contact us. For damaged items, be sure to include clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s). We’ll file a claim with the carrier. If the claim is approved, you can choose a replacement or a refund of the insurance payout. If denied, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or replacement.
