Light, Medium, and Heavy Throw

The Qanba Gravity KT’s standout feature is its adjustable throw settings, controlled by rotating the cap’s prominent tabs to the |, ||, and ||| notches on the button’s rim. In arcade pushbuttons, the “throw” or “throw distance” is the physical travel from the button’s resting position to its fully depressed state. It’s also referred to as the actuation, engage, or travel distance. Longer throws are often favored by experienced players for precision, while shorter throws offer faster, more responsive inputs.

Each notch corresponds to a specific throw setting:
| = Light Throw
|| = Medium Throw
||| = Heavy Throw

The Qanba KT uses an Omron linear switch for quicker engagement and includes a silicone inner cap for quieter operation. Its translucent cap also allows for inner artwork customization.

Rotating the cap is simple, just grip it with your thumb and index finger and turn it to your desired notch.
